Customer Service Phone Rep Position

Responsibilities:

 Respond to inquiries about our program or homeschooling in general

 Respond to questions from parents whose children are enrolled in CLASS

 General office work

 Assist with occasional projects such as mailings, events, or simple grading of student work.

Requirement

Requirements:

 Communicate effectively with customers by phone and e-mail

 Manage a variety of tasks

 Work well with others

 Be detail oriented

 A quick learner

 Able to type at least 30 words per minute

 Familiar with e-mail, the Internet, and Windows

 Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet preferred

 Familiarity with homeschooling is helpful
